Designed by Stufkens and Chambers, the concept for the Identity Apartments to be built in the central city area of Christchurch, comprises a ground floor retail space, three stories of one and two bedroom apartments and a three bedroom penthouse apartment on the fifth floor.
The design aesthetic utilises carefully considered combinations of black and white rectangular divisions relieved on the facade by the 'wave' effect seen in the angular treatment of the balconies and the varied green mesh sunshades. Building is expected to start in 2019.
