To get your own Scaled Down building, simply contact me and tell me what it is you'd like modelled. In most cases, I would meet you at your house, take some photographs and record the important dimensions of the building. Or you may wish to send photographs or other images if you live out of Christchurch.
Before your model is begun, we will agree on the price and you will have an indication of the completion date. Each model takes on average about three weeks to complete. If you wish to see one or two completed Scaled Down models before deciding on a model of your own, you are very welcome to arrange a time to meet me at home where there are always a few model houses to be seen.

Every Scaled Down project is individually boxed and personal to you, so you can be completely confident that yours will be unique.
