Designed by English architect Ben Pentreath, the essential characteristics of the three buildings that make up this development in the seaside town of Sumner, echo the colonial style of the original ‘Vincent’s Hotel’ which stood on the corner of Marriner and Burgess Streets from the late 19th century.
The three buildings will comprise twelve town houses / apartments and three shops on the Marriner Street frontage.
