Scaled Down

This block of eleven homes to be built later this year in Christchurch has a pleasantly symmetrical facade, and takes its design cues from the heritage architecture of Cecil Wood and Heathcote Helmore, both of whom left their mark on this city.

Comprising three levels, each home has three bedrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen dining area. Outside there are courtyards both back and front and a covered deck on the first floor.
