This proposed four storey apartment block to be built in Eden Terrace, Auckland comprises 25 one and two-bedroomed living spaces; each with its own north facing terrace and with views looking out over the nearby Basque Park.
The vigorous facade of six pre-cast concrete divisions topped by the fourth floor apartments arranged in sawtooth fashion combine with curtain glass to provide a functional and visually engaging structure. Completion date for the build is expected to be in late 2015
